This film showcases the profound success of Saatchi & Saatchi / TAGG’s 'THERE’S A GOOD GIRL' campaign, which celebrates the innovative art from remarkable women within the creative industries who have made a significant mark on contemporary culture. The exhibition itself - held a private view at Saatchi & Saatchi’s Charlotte Street offices - offered a platform for each artist to make individual artistic statement and unique stamp, free from commercial shackles.  The title THERE’S A GOOD GIRL is borne from the 1980s bestseller by Marianne Grabrucker whose book illustrated her endeavour as a mother to raise her daughter free from the sexism that permeated the cultural context in which she lived. It details her undertaking to  “observe the contemporary social conditioning on her daughter, and inspire her to override gender stereotyping” in “reaching for the stars” to realize her potential. The very talented Suzie Quill and Camilla McLean on the exhibition team kindly gave me a Good Girl poster, which hangs on my apartment wall and every day I look at it and feel inspired by those awesome audacious women. POWER.
